  1. I have developed many kinds of fear in last 5-7 by reading newspapers stories ,through other resources like facebook,by listening group discussion (eg violence,accidents,calamities,disease etc).Pls help me how can I handle this or get rid of all these fears and feel safe always.

    these bach remedies u mentioned (superstitions: ASPEN + PINE, nightmares: ASPEN, WHITE CHESTNUT) must be chanted or taken as pills etc…?
